First Home Owners Grant

A grant of $10,000 and a waiver of stamp duty is available on new homes in NSW (conditions apply).

Here are a few common questions but please give me a call for more information.

• At least 1 applicant is a permanent resident or Australian citizen and must over 18 years of age.
• Neither applicant and/or their spouse haven’t previously owned a residential property.
• The total value of the property doesn’t exceed $750,000.
• At least 1 applicant will occupy the home as their principal place of residence for a continuous period of 6 months, commencing within 12 months from the date they are registered on title

New Home Grant

Available to investors and Owner Occupied there is a NSW $5,000 grant when you buy vacant with the intention to build within 6 months. The 6 months can be extended with a letter to the OSR upon their approval.
